• WiPC Conference (June 1-2) : 100 Euro
• Forum Pass (June 3-5)   : 350 EURO
• 2 Day Global Forum (June 3-4/4-5) : 250 Euro (pls indicate which 2 days you will attend)

What the fees cover:

IFEX:

The IFEX registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks during these two days, which are not covered in the Forum registration fee. Please note that this session is for IFEX members only. Only invited members will be able to attend.

WIPC:

Participants at the Writers in Prison Committee Conference 1-2 June 2009 are required to pay a €100 registration fee for this Conference. This covers the costs of meals, local transportation and administrative costs of the conference.

GFFE Open Conference Days:

• Lunches, coffee breaks and snacks during conference sessions
• Dinners and official receptions with refreshments
• Access to all Forum events, including exhibitions, concerts, prize ceremonies, debates and broadcasts
• Participation in all conference sessions, training sessions and networking sessions
• All conference materials and services, including translation/interpretation if necessary
• Transportation to and from the Airport
